Pho Tai Rare Steak, is one of the most popular items on our menu. We use Wagyu Beef in this bowl to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. Our Pho bowl comprises Wagyu beef-bone broth, rice noodles, rare wagyu steak, onion, cilantro, scallion, black pepper, and a hint of wagyu fat. It packs flavor, savory, sweet, salty, and a hint of herbs (very low).
Wagyu Pho is a special pho that is not genetically modified, with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Wagyu Cattle are raised for 60 months or more versus regular beef for 15 months.
Our rare steak is cut daily and never pre-cut; therefore, it packs flavors and juiciness. Our quality controller checks each batch of rare steak slices for color, flavor, aroma (yes, fresh meat has a very distinctive aroma), and tensile strength. The higher the tensile strength, the better taste because the meat's cells are ruptured. So eating it will give our eaters a full band of nutrition and juiciness. Quality control lets us know that our beef is handled correctly from our supplier to our kitchen. And from our kitchen to your table.
Finally, our vendors bring our veggies daily; therefore, they are fresh and crunchy with a note of sweetness. Our bean sprouts are harvested daily at 5 am and shipped to our kitchen. Our Culantro and Basil are from Hawaii, Mexico, or Riverside, CA. They also get sent to us every day.
