Pho REDBO creates Vietnamese Food with Japanese influence. Our menu items include pho wagyu tai, pho wagyu briskets, shaking beef, truffle fries, and wagyu fried rice. Most of our meat are wagyu beef. Our patrons regard Redbo as the "best pho in Garden Grove," and we hold over 4.5 stars on Yelp. We were considered "the best thing I ate: Vietnamese Pho that Stands Out From the Crowd" by Brad Johnson of the OC Register before we changed our name to Redbo, due to trademark ability.
Our most famous items are Pho Combo, Pho Tai Rare Steak, Pho A5 Kobe Beef, Pho Chin Briskets, Wagyu Fried-Rice, Shaking Beef, Beef Stew, Flaming Wagyu, and many other unique and delicious dishes. Our proteins are either American Wagyu (pho with Akaushi beef), Australian Wagyu, or Japanese Wagyu.
Our Chefs, Staff, and owners all love to eat well. We focus on quality for all of our products. We want to ensure that each bowl of Pho is non-hormones and has no antibiotics. After eating our food, our guests should feel nostalgic because it resembles the old country or mom's cooking.
Our guests considered our food as "homie." Some guests even said Redbo is the best pho place in Orange County (OC). In my opinion, we are here to invigorate your taste buds with something hot, unique, and delicious. We focus on making the best pho possible to serve the Garden Grove community and possibly Orange County. Tastes are subjective, so we won't get into who is better and who is not. In addition to having one of Orange County's best Pho, we also have wagyu beef stew. It serves with bread or noodles. This dish is consider very authentic Vietnamese food by our patrons.
Our most popular item is the Pho Wagyu Combination. It has your rare steak, rib cubes, briskets and meatball. This is a well sought-after bowl of noodles.
Our flaming wagyu carpaccio - slices of the best American/Australian/A5 Japanese Wagyu cooks at table side on hot lava stone on the bottom and with a torch on the top. This way of cooking ensure the best flavor from open flame on the top and quick sear from bottom.
It is a unique, simple, yet complex dish created by our chefs and our main engine of Redbo.
