The Beef stew is extremely delicious coupled with the Banh Mi. It is quite expensive but I guess everything is these days.
Chino was extremely friendly, give him 5 stars for his service!

Would I come back? Probably only for the Beef stew.

Great experience and food. Kids get a free pho bowl. Excellent experience, great price. Portions were large even for the children's bowl. They also have halal meats.

I saw this restaurant and the name was different so thought I try it. The menu was limited and they definitely have pho as main dish. I got a pho combo and the beef stew soup.

The pho was ok but nothing different when compared to a lot of other places. The meat was not tender and did not have a lot of ingredients. I recommend that they figure a way to make their main dish to stand out more.

However, the beef stew was very flavorful and had a good portion of beef. The beef was tender and not so chewy. I enjoyed that very much. The bread that came with the meal was very soft and hot!

The price was a little more expensive than a lot of places but not terrible. The place was big and clean.

We drove a hour and a half to get here because it was the closest halal Pho place to us! And the drive was SOOO WORTH IT!! Our server was Scott. He was very NICE AND ACCOMMODATING, one of the best servers EVER! The food was AMAZING!!! The best pho we’ve ever had for SURE….. even compared to the Pho in NY!!!
Finding a great halal spot can be a game-changer!
I am so happy to have finally found a place that serves halal pho! They have non halal options as well. This was my first time trying it, and it did not disappoint.
• The Food: I ordered the large Rare Beef and Brisket Pho (Tai, Chin). The broth was incredibly flavorful and arrived steaming hot. I also ordered a side of bread which was perfect for dipping.
• The Experience: The portions are generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. It is such a relief to find a spot that caters to halal dietary needs without sacrificing that authentic Vietnamese taste.
• Service: The staff was helpful, and the service was quick. The atmosphere inside is clean and comfortable for a nice sit-down meal.
If you’ve been looking for a delicious, halal-friendly pho spot in Orange County, this is definitely the place to go. I will be coming back!

This was our first time visiting their Garden Grove location, and they truly impressed us with their quality just like their Westminster location did. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the space is nice and open and clean. They seated us promptly, and the server made some great recommendations.

We shared:

🥩 Flaming Wagyu
🍲 Shaken Beef with rice
🍜 Pho Combo
🥪 Pho Sandwich

Their pho broth is one of our favorites to this day. The portion is huge and has a generous amount of meat too. It was our first time to try the sandwich, and we'd definitely order this again. The shaken beef was tender and juicy, and the flaming wagyu just melts in your mouth.

What We Offer in Garden Grove

Pho Restaurant in Garden Grove

Pho REDBO® serves Wagyu pho on Garden Grove Blvd, in the heart of Little Saigon – the largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam. Every bowl starts with bone broth simmered 24 hours from Wagyu beef bones. No commercial concentrate, no shortcuts. It’s the bowl Eater LA named its Overall Favorite for beef pho.

Wagyu beef has higher intramuscular fat than any commodity beef. In a pho bowl, that matters: the rare steak renders fat into the broth as it cooks, enriching every spoonful. The brisket retains moisture through the full slow cook. Pho REDBO uses Wagyu at every tier – American Wagyu in the standard bowls, Australian Wagyu for signature cuts, Japanese A5 seasonally for guests who want the pinnacle.

Our Wagyu comes from a SICHMA-certified supply chain: Stanbroke Beef Pty Ltd, Establishment 203, Certificate #00042507STAN2/2C(CV), valid through March 2028. Independently audited, with documented chain of custody from Stanbroke through delivery to our Garden Grove kitchen. Our entire menu is halal except three items: meatball pho, rib cubes pho, and shrimp.

Garden Grove sits inside Little Saigon – the largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam, and one of the toughest places in the country to serve pho. If you’ve eaten your way down Garden Grove Blvd, you already know the standard.

Pho REDBO is Wagyu Vietnamese: Wagyu beef, 24-hour bone broth, and a menu spanning pho, rice plates, Wagyu appetizers, and Vietnamese coffee. Our Wagyu comes from a SICHMA-certified halal supply chain. Eater LA named us an Overall Favorite, and the LA Times included us in their 22 Essential Halal Restaurants in Southern California.

Rice noodles. Wagyu beef. 24-hour broth. These three elements – not atmosphere, not décor, not nostalgia – define whether a noodle shop is worth your time. At Pho REDBO, the banh pho rice noodles are soft with a slight chew, rinsed properly so they don’t clump. The broth poured over them has been simmering since the previous morning. The beef placed in the bowl is Wagyu.

Vietnamese cuisine within the broader Asian dining landscape brings fresh herbs, balanced technique, and rice noodle soups that have no equivalent in any other tradition. Pho REDBO approaches this from a premium sourcing position: Wagyu beef, halal certification, 24-hour Wagyu bone broth. A restaurant that represents Vietnamese cuisine at its highest quality expression within Garden Grove’s competitive Asian dining market.

Pho REDBO brings Vietnamese pho technique together with premium Wagyu beef sourcing – applying the same standards found in top steakhouses to a Vietnamese noodle soup context. The result is a genuinely fusion approach: Vietnamese flavor profile, Japanese Wagyu sourcing, and halal certification that serves a diverse Southern California community. Wagyu Sliders and Shaking Wagyu Beef (Bò Lúc Lắc) extend that fusion approach beyond pho.

Vietnamese pho is a broth-forward soup – the bowl is judged by what is in the liquid, not just what floats on top. At Pho REDBO, the soup starts the night before: Wagyu bones blanched, roasted, then simmered with charred ginger, charred onion, and Vietnamese whole spices for 24 hours. The result is a clear broth with depth, fat integration, and a rounded spice presence.

For diners who want great Vietnamese pho in Garden Grove without a long sit-down commitment, Pho REDBO on Garden Grove Blvd offers dine-in, takeout, and delivery. The takeout program delivers the same 24-hour Wagyu bone broth in sealed containers that travel well. Broth, noodles, and protein packaged separately to maintain quality through delivery. Order via DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.

Pho REDBO’s takeout program packages the 24-hour Wagyu bone broth and noodles separately – this matters for quality. Broth in a sealed container, noodles bagged to the side, protein portioned to stay fresh. When you arrive home and pour the hot broth over the noodles, it behaves like a freshly made bowl. Order online via DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or call (714) 622-4896.

Halal Certification in Garden Grove

Our Wagyu comes from a SICHMA-certified supply chain. Certificate #00042507STAN2/2C(CV), valid through March 2028.

To be precise about what that covers: the certification applies to the Wagyu beef supply chain. Our entire menu is halal except three items: meatball pho, rib cubes pho, and shrimp.
