Your account may not be transferred to another individual or entity. Pho REDBO is not liable for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or unauthorized use. Pho REDBO reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or edit content at its sole discretion.

Children Under Thirteen

Pho REDBO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must ask a parent or guardian for permission to use this Site.

If you are under 18, you may use PhoREDBO.com only with parent or guardian consent.

Pho REDBO may remove any Submission at any time.

Third-Party Accounts

You may connect your Pho REDBO account to third-party accounts. By doing so, you consent to the release of information in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites.

International Users

The Site is controlled and operated from the USA. If you access it from outside the USA, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You may not use Pho REDBO content where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pho REDBO, its officers, employees, agents, and partners, from any losses, liabilities, or expenses related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Site

• Any content you post

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of third-party rights

• Violation of laws or regulations

Arbitration

Any unresolved dispute related to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.

This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted.

Liability Disclaimer

The Site may include inaccuracies or errors. Changes may be made at any time.

Pho REDBO provides all content “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pho REDBO is not liable for any damages, including:

• Direct

• Indirect

• Special

• Incidental

• Consequential

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Termination / Access Restriction

Pho REDBO may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pho REDBO regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

Pho REDBO may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

SMS Terms

PHO REDBO offers an optional guest waitlist text message program at our Rolling Hills Estates restaurant, operated by Redbo Rolling Hills Estates LLC. When you join our waitlist and check the text message consent box, or agree to texts with our host, we send messages about your waitlist spot: a confirmation that you joined, a notice when your table is ready, and occasional status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program. Messages come from (424) 392-6225.

Message frequency varies (usually 1–3 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (310) 378-3225, or email j@phoredbo.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and you can join our waitlist without receiving texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
