What Halal Means
Halal (حلال) means “permissible”. For meat, Islamic dietary law requires: the animal must be alive and healthy, slaughtered by a Muslim, the name of Allah pronounced, and blood fully drained. Genuine certification requires independent supply chain verification – not just the slaughter, but the processing facility, transport, and storage.
