Challenge Details:

The Pho Eating Challenge at Pho RedBo involves consuming a 6lb bowl of pho. The first participant to finish the bowl will win $200, and the runner-up will receive $100.

Acknowledgment of Risk:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in the Pho Eating Challenge at Pho RedBo involves consuming large quantities of hot food in a limited time frame. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to:

• Choking
• Burns from hot food
• Allergic reactions
• Gastrointestinal distress
• Other physical injuries or health complications

Health and Safety:

I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would make it unsafe for me to participate in this challenge. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Pho Eating Challenge, I agree to release and hold harmless Pho RedBo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and defend Pho RedBo against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, arising from my participation in the Pho Eating Challenge.

Photographic Release:

I grant Pho RedBo permission to use photographs and videos taken of me during the Pho Eating Challenge for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.

Agreement and Understanding:

I have read and understand the terms of this liability waiver and agreement. I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Pho RedBo for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the Pho Eating Challenge.
