Shaking Wagyu Beef - Bo Luc Lac is a rice dish with steak cubes that get a unique "wok" treatment. The wok is known for high-temperature cooking and quickly sheered the wagyu cubes making them seal in the juice. So we stir-fry the cubes and let it catch the excess flame to enhance the flavor. If done right, it is one of the best dishes to eat.
The Shaking Wagyu Beef - bo luc lac is also served with diced onion, bell peppers, and scallion. And on the plate is a bowl of rice with it.
It is best to enjoy the Shaking Wagyu Beef with a hint of Maggi soy sauce. However, our secret is to make it with fresh Wagyu Beef, and make it right after our guests ordered so it's fresh and savory.
