Is pho at Pho REDBO made with Wagyu beef?

Yes. All pho entrees use American or Australian Wagyu beef. The only exception is the meatball pho. Japanese A5 Wagyu pho is seasonal.

How long is the bone broth simmered?

24 hours. The broth starts from Wagyu bones every morning at every location. No commercial broth concentrate is used.

What are the pho prices?

Regular pho bowls start at $18. Most entrees are $20–$23 (regular/large). A5 Japanese Wagyu pho is $50. Wagyu Oxtail pho is $30.

What starters does Pho REDBO serve?

Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio ($18), Wagyu Sliders 3ct ($19), Golden Truffle Fries ($9), Crispy Eggrolls ($10), and Pho Sandwich ($17).

Are there non-pho options?

Yes. Wagyu Fried Rice ($21), Shaking Wagyu Beef / Bò Lúc Lắc ($21–$23), and Wagyu Beef Stew / Bò Khô ($21).

Do children eat free?

Children age 5 and under eat free at all three locations.

Is Pho REDBO halal-certified?

Yes. SICHMA halal certification (Cert #00042507STAN2/2C(CV)) for the full Wagyu beef supply chain. Every protein at every location is covered.

Which items are halal?

All Wagyu beef items: Rare Steak Pho, Brisket Pho, Noodles Only, Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio, Pho Sandwich, Wagyu Beef Stew, Wagyu Fried Rice, and Wagyu Oxtail. Confirm the meatball separately.

What certification does Pho REDBO hold?

SICHMA – Supreme Islamic Council of Halal Meat in Australia. Cert #00042507STAN2/2C(CV), Stanbroke Beef Pty Ltd Est 203, valid through March 2028.

Is the bone broth halal?

Yes. The broth is made from SICHMA-certified Wagyu bones. The certification covers the complete supply chain including broth production.

Free plaza parking adjacent to the restaurant. On busy weekend evenings, arriving slightly before or after peak hours (6:30–8 PM) helps.

Is there parking at Rolling Hills Estates?

Yes. The Promenade on the Peninsula shopping center has free surface parking. The restaurant is on the ground level.

No. Pho REDBO is walk-in only. For large groups of 8 or more, call ahead to confirm seating.

Pho REDBO opened in Garden Grove, CA in 2021. Founded by James Bui and Quyen Tonnu. Westminster and Rolling Hills Estates followed.
